MacDudley Dragon Entertainment provides pirate-themed events, games, and merchandise designed to promote disability awareness. Our services include but are not limited to:

3. Bookings and Cancellations

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date for a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of McDudley Dragon Entertainment and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our express written permission.

5. Merchandise Returns

We accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of purchase if the item is in its original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

MacDudley Dragon Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during our events. Participants engage in activities at their own risk. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our participants, but cannot guarantee against all potential risks.
